About Us

Easy Life Management was founded in 2006. The vision behind our business lies in the name, "Easy Life." We specialize in working with sole proprietors and self-employed business owners. We strive to build long-term relationships with our clients, and educate them about their businesses so they can become more effective in their area of expertise.

Rachel Kupin has been a tax professional since 2000. Rachel obtained a Master’s of Business Administration, Taxation & Finance from San Diego State University. She spends most of her time running Easy Life Management. When she does have free time, she trains for Triathlons, spends time with her children, partcipates in community theater and enjoys growing tomatoes. All of these activities are very different, however they each require discipline, knowledge and dedication of time.

Jamie is the Office Manager. She joined the ELM Team in 2009. Before working for Rachel, Jamie worked as an Office and Legal Support Manager for an attorney in Orange County. She graduated with a Pre-Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In her free time, Jamie enjoys reading, traveling and thrifting.

Erin joined the ELM Team in 2009 and works primarily on bookkeeping and payroll services. Erin's previous experience comes from owning and operating her own small business. Presently, she is also attending classes in pursuit of a nursing degree. In her free time, Erin likes to read, go to the beach, and listen to music.
